• Eligibility: Refunds are issued for items returned within 3-4 days of delivery in unused, unworn condition with original packaging and tags intact.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be refunded.
• Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 2 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Refunds exclude shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.
  • Any damage product, Replacement or exchange product delivery within 3 to 5 business working days.
