At Tattv , we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns & Refunds
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 3-4 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of delivery for a different size or design of equal value.
- If the new item has a price difference, the customer must pay the balance or will receive a partial refund.
Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- In case of Damage product, Replacement or exchange product delivery within 2to 5 business days
